Why LOTR Sucks: Use The Force, Frodo

Is it just me, or are the scenes between Saruman and Gandalf very reminiscent of the encounters between Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader in Empire Strikes Back? You have Saruman trying to turn Gandalf to the dark side. He says that Gandalf must join him or die. You have Gandalf perched on a treacherous ledge, and then he jumps. Aren’t the similarities striking?

Nah, it’s probably just me.
