This book isn’t really as hard as I was expecting. It’s light reading compared to Ulysses.

(He says as the novel is about to veer off into the incoherent ramblings of a Spanish-speaking meth addict with a speech impediment and dyslexia.)

(And also insomnia.)

Hal now has a last name, and two brothers, Mario and Owen. Owen is a punter for the Phoenix Cardinals. He also has a roach problem.

I could have done without the roach description.

Vocab Word: Kippers Cured fish (This doesn’t sound very vegan)
