First, we\u2019re announcing the launch of the Chaos Factory <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCmWIfZLRzTdwJxbOWX42BGA\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">YouTube channel<\/a>, which has already started posting some fun content. We\u2019ll be adding new videos every week, starting with two regular series.<\/p>\n<p>Series number one is a new version of my Lord of the Rings <a href=\"http:\/\/entropy2.com\/chaosfactory\/2012\/01\/fun\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">rewatch<\/a>, this time in video form. I thought it was appropriate to launch the new video channel with a look back at what has been by far the most popular series from the written blog.<\/p>\n<p>Second, we\u2019re finally debuting <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLA_ONRuP5zaR4E3-OKcTn0jw3mqlHk4y5\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Worst Blank Ever<\/a>, a short interview series focused on unique hobbyists. Originally intended to be part of the <a href=\"http:\/\/xraytv.org\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">XRAY network<\/a> along with two other original series we produced, we\u2019ve instead decided to use it as our first flagship series at Chaos Factory. That\u2019s why some of the early episodes date back to early last year.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/hFcVIovCOUU\" frameborder=\"0\" gesture=\"media\" allow=\"encrypted-media\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Okay, now that that\u2019s out of the way, what do I have to say about The Last Jedi? It\u2019s extremely hard for me to be objective about a Star Wars movie, especially one prominently featuring Luke Skywalker. I\u2019ve already seen it four times in the theater, so I think you can guess how I feel about it.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ll simply say that I absolutely loved it. Luke is amazing. Rey is still my favorite new character, except now maybe it\u2019s Rose. Or Kylo Ren. I can\u2019t decide. They are all so great. <\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t mind the Leia-in-space episode (she wasn\u2019t flying, she was force pulling) though I think it could have been filmed better. My main criticism, which I talk about in my video review, is the second act detour to Canto Bight. It seems aimless and poorly plotted. That could have been much tighter and given Finn and Rose more agency within the story.<\/p>\n<p>But that\u2019s just me quibbling.
