We all want it. We’ll work our whole lives trying to chase it. But do we even know what success looks like?

If you’re not sure what we mean by success, or if you’re having trouble achieving it, this Ted Radio Hour will help.

I especially connected with the talk about grit, by Dr. Angela Duckworth. I know, it sounds trite, but now Dr. Duckworth has scientific evidence to back me up.

Here is her full talk:

Other speakers in this episode include Tony Robbins on How Can Drive Make You A Success, Ron Gutman asking the question, Can You Smile Your Way To Success, Mike Rowe speaks on Are Dirty People The Most Successful, and Alain Botton asks, What’s a Kinder Way To Frame Success.

Of course, if you really want to learn how to be successful, you’ll just watch this:

Success.
