He has been waiting for this letter for such a long time: his daughter will finally visit him, after all those years. And he will meet the granddaughter he didn\u2019t even know existed. <\/p>\n<p>I remember that, after another violent argument with the Colonel, she ran away one night, carrying nothing more than the clothes she was wearing. <\/p>\n<p>All searching was ultimately in vain. <\/p>\n<p>I never told anyone this before, Platero, but I have sheltered her for over a week, until the search was given up. <\/p>\n<p>Her as well as the fruit in her womb. <\/strong><br \/>\n<em><br \/>\nFrom Guest Contributor Herv\u00e9 Suys <\/p>\n<p>Herv\u00e9 (\u00b01968 \u2013 Ronse, Belgium) started writing short stories whilst recovering from a sports injury and he hasn\u2019t stopped since.
