Sometimes he was a bounty hunter, sometimes a cattle rustler, sometimes an assassin. They knew him by his tattoos. On his skin were inscribed the names of each of his victims.<\/p>\n<p>Everyone in town had reason to fear Rufino&#8217;s arrival.
